When I set up the business, no one told me how to do this. No one sent me on a training course that taught me how to make a convincing presentation to a room full of business people, how to overcome my nerves, how to stand, sit and walk confidently, how to get my message across in a few short, concise sentences, without stuttering or waffling, where to put my hands, feet, shoulders, and eyes or how to handle difficult questions and unexpected requests to speak for a few minutes!
